At Scanni (operated by nesbite, Argentina) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose, how we process it and what rights you have over it, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

1. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first and last name, business name, email, phone / WhatsApp, industry (optional) and any message you choose to write. We don't collect sensitive data or information you haven't actively sent us.

2. What we use it for

We use your data only to answer your inquiry and contact you, manage your free trial and account setup, and send you information related to what you requested. The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. To run the site and contact we use providers acting as data processors: Web3Forms (processes the form submission), Cloudflare (hosts the site and provides analytics) and WhatsApp (if you choose that channel).

4. Cookieless analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures site usage (page views, performance, general traffic origin) without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting personal data that identifies you. This site does not use advertising tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We keep your contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the commercial relationship. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to our contact email. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement body for Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal-data protection rules.

We may update this policy. We'll post any changes on this same page with their update date.
